Job summary

Silverado is hiring Hospice LVNs in California for PRN per diem shifts. You will provide skilled nursing and palliative care under a registered nurse, manage symptoms, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the Palliative team.

Travel to patient homes across San Diego County is required. Valid LVN/LPN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of LVN/LPN experience are expected; hospice experience is a plus. Great Place to Work benefits apply.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• May be required to work outside regular hours based on patient needs

Schedule: PRN (Per Diem), Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, variable shifts as needed to meet business needs

Anticipated pay range: $34 USD - $38 USD
