Job summary

Medical City Hospice & Family Care in Texas seeks a PRN Certified Hospice Aide CNA to join our team. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will perform patient care tasks, observe and report conditions, and document care provided to promote comfort and well-being.

You will communicate with patients and families using respectful, confidential care and respond promptly to requests, contributing to quality hospice services across our care teams.

Qualifications

• Driver license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to observe and document patient care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care for assigned patient and attends to requests promptly.
• Observes patient conditions and reports observations to the RN.
• Maintains patient and family communication with ethical and respectful care, including confidentiality.
