Job summary

Four Pillars Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice CNA/Hospice Aide to provide compassionate personal care to patients in their homes under RN supervision. You will support families and help maintain a safe, clean environment while following the Hospice Plan of Care.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, activities of daily living, infection control, and documentation of patient status. Must have CNA/Home Health Aide training, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Completion of CNA, Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or state-approved Nurse Aide Training/Competency Program.
• One year of experience preferred in hospice, home health, hospital, nursing home, or long-term care.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clinical information effectively.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Successful completion of competency evaluation and skills testing.

Position Summary

The Hospice Aide provides personal care and supportive services to hospice patients in their place of residence under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position assists in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while supporting patients and families with compassionate end-of-life care.
