Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc seeks a PRN Infusion RN to provide in-home infusion therapy, catheter care, and comprehensive patient support. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and ensure safe, compassionate care in patients’ homes across multiple visits.

Requirements include an active RN license and at least 1 year of infusion experience, with reliable transportation and strong communication with scheduling staff. Competitive mileage reimbursements and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate promptly with scheduling personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines).
• Take vitals and assessments; administer medications (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds).
• Conduct blood draws and provide patient education on self-administration of medications.
• Document visit notes via electronic charting and submit promptly.
