Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice defined by state laws and the plan of care.
• Evaluates patient function and assists in developing the therapy plan of care.
• Treats patients to communicate effectively according to their condition.
• Observes and reports patient responses and changes in condition to the supervising team.
• Instructs patient, family and caregivers in speech therapy techniques.
