Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist in Centre, AL. You will provide patient-centered care in a home-health setting, evaluating speech and language needs and delivering therapy with independence and team support.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, an active state license, and BLS/CPR certification, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted state license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
• BLS or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine levels of speech or language difficulty and need for therapy.
• Teach patients how to produce sounds and improve voice.
• Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language.
• Educate and guide healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers in therapeutic exercises.
• Document progress and submit visit notes per agency policy.
