Qualifikationen

• Active Florida RN license.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience; home health preferred.
• Willingness to participate in weekend/holiday on-call rotations.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including required OASIS assessments.
• Develop, initiate, and revise individualized plans of care.
• Deliver skilled nursing services and treatments per plan of care.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and manageable caseloads.
