Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Health to join our dedicated team. You will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing evaluations, and deliver nursing care per plan and physician orders in patients' homes.

You will educate families, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality, safe, and compassionate in-home care. Valid RN license and 1+ year clinical experience required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Graduate of a nursing program (Certificate/Diploma/Associate or BSN).
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
