Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse – Home Health to join our team in the Houston area. You will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing evaluations, and coordinate care with physicians and the care team.

You will educate patients and families on care and safety, protect privacy under HIPAA, and respond to changing patient conditions as part of a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including patient transfers.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.

Job Description:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
