• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Provide holistic care to residents within the campus, coordinating with the interdisciplinary clinical team.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while offering comfort and companionship.
• Collaborate with onsite physicians and staff to ensure needs are addressed throughout care.
