Job summary

Everhome is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team in the Flushing area on a PRN basis. You’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, perform admissions and routine visits, and educate patients to promote safety and independence.

Earn per-visit pay with flexible scheduling, no weekends or holidays, and autonomy in the field while collaborating with a supportive, clinician-focused leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan OT license.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Completing admissions, routine visits, and recertifications.
