Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in an acute care setting.
• Currently licensed in the state of practicing.
• Two years experience in Home Health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer occupational therapy to patients in their residence.
• Develop and maintain a plan of care.
• Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment.
• Assess and modify therapy programs every 30 days.
