Luxe Rehab Physical Therapy in Leesburg, VA is seeking an experienced Hand Therapist (PT or OT) for a brand-new outpatient clinic on a flexible PRN basis. You will treat hand, wrist, elbow, and upper-extremity conditions in personalized, full-length sessions with premium hourly compensation and no productivity quotas.

Requirements include a DPT or OT degree, active Virginia license, CPR/BLS, and (preferred) CHT credential or eligibility, with strong focus on patient-centered care and

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or accredited Occupational Therapy degree.
• Active Virginia PT or OT license in good standing.
• CPR / BLS certification.
• Upper-extremity or orthopedic experience; CHT credential or eligibility preferred.
• Custom splinting and orthotic fabrication skills preferred.
• Reliability, professionalism, and warmth with patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat hand, wrist, elbow, and upper-extremity conditions in personalized, full-length sessions.
• Fabricate and adjust custom orthoses and splints as needed.
• Follow and progress established plans of care, including post-operative protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
• Communicate hand-offs clearly with the full-time clinical team.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and surgeons across the LMG network as needed.
• Uphold our standard of care — unhurried, evidence-based, patient-centered.

Job description

We are actively looking for an experienced Hand Therapist (Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist) to join our brand-new outpatient clinic in Leesburg, Virginia on a flexible, as-needed (PRN) basis. You'll treat conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity — including post-surgical cases in collaboration with referring hand surgeons — in personalized, full-length sessions with premium hourly compensation and full shift flexibility. CHT credential or eligibility is preferred. No productivity quotas, no double-booking.

Responsibilities
