Select Physical Therapy in Vienna, VA is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist specializing in hand therapy for our outpatient orthopedic center. A CHT is preferred, but candidates with 2–3 years of hand experience will be considered.

Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri; compensation: $55.00–$60.00/hour. The role emphasizes collaboration with assistants, staying current with evidence-based OT research, and delivering personalized care from evaluation to discharge.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Two years of experience in hand therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate: supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
• Maintain high standard of care by staying current with OT research and applying evidence-based practice.
• Provide comprehensive, personalized treatment from evaluation to discharge.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with centers, patients and staff.

Position: Occupational Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist

Location: Vienna, VA

Schedule: Part-time, Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Compensation:$55.00 - $60.00/hour

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Certified Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist for ouroutpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with hands (required).

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
• High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
• Two (2) years of experience in hand therapy
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
