Barnes-Jewish Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a PRN Clinical Nurse Float to broaden clinical expertise across inpatient units. You will support the Nursing Office by floating throughout the hospital (excluding ER and ICU), collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

This flexible, self-scheduled role offers days or nights, coverage across 65+ units, and a tier 2 float differential with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience required.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently across varied units.

Responsibilities

• Float across 65+ inpatient units (excluding ER & ICU) to support staffing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Self-scheduled PRN role with days or nights; weekend and holiday coverage as per schedule.
