Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a variety of clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care across units within standards of nursing care.
• Promotes patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participates in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care with defined goals.
• Assesses patient needs and preferences across physical, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural factors.
• Performs as a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe practice.
