Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is looking for a Float Pool RN to assess and implement nursing care across multiple surgery centers in the Phoenix area. This PRN position requires a minimum of 4 shifts a month and focuses on patient needs while promoting a supportive teamwork environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years licensed RN experience in OR for PRN position.
• New licensed RN enrolled in the PeriOp101 program with successful completion within 4 months.
• Physical agility and reaction time to respond quickly to patient care needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document nursing care of patients in accordance with standards.
• Formulate and implement care plans based on patient assessments.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed.
