Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners seeks a PRN Registered Nurse - Float to provide professional nursing care across locations in the Charlotte area. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate treatment.

You will document assessments and interventions, support triage and emergent needs, and educate patients and families on managing health conditions. PRN schedule requires at least 1 day/week and monthly Monday/Friday availability.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state RN license.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Maintain BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross). ACLS if role requires.
• Hepatitis B vaccine and flu vaccine records submitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care including assessment, treatment, care planning, and evaluation.
• Assist physicians and staff in coordinating patient care.
• Serve as liaison between patients, staff and physicians.
• Perform triage and coordinate care for walk-ins and emergencies.
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress in EHR.
• Educate patients and families on health status and management of conditions.
