Job summary

Phaxis is seeking a flexible Float RN to support Primary Care offices throughout the Charlotte area, including SouthPark, Billingsley, Uptown, Huntersville, and Gaston County. The role covers multiple sites with a Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM schedule.

You will provide direct patient care across offices, perform assessments, vitals, treatments, medications and IVs, handle nurse triage and patient education, and coordinate care with providers.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of RN experience.
• Outpatient/Primary Care experience preferred.
• IV and EHR experience.
• Adaptable, dependable, and able to work with different office environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across assigned offices
• Perform assessments, vitals, treatments, medications, and IVs
• Handle nurse triage and patient education
• Respond to urgent clinical needs
• Coordinate care with providers and support staff
• Quickly adapt to different teams, workflows, and office environments
