Job summary

Qualifications

• RN degree and current state RN license.
• CPR and BLS certifications; ACLS if role requires.
• Hepatitis B vaccine and TB test completed or record available.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, plan and implement nursing care according to guidelines and laws.
• Administer medications and start IVs; monitor treatment and patient response.
• Coordinate with physicians, staff and patients; educate families about conditions and care.
• Document assessments and interventions in the EHR; manage triage and referrals.
