Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods seeks a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to conduct physical fitness exams for USPIS. You will set up stations, administer push-ups, sit-ups, and a 1.5-mile run, capture results in a secure app, and verify data with the Site Lead.

Sessions are three-hour blocks per event. Ideal candidates have experience officiating or administering fitness tests, possess a relevant credential or coaching background, and exhibit strong attention to detail, clear communication, and SOP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
• Current CPR/AED preferred; one or more years in structured fitness testing, coaching, or officiating.
• Proficiency with mobile data capture.
• Pass Concentric Methods Scoring and QA module with ≥ 98% blinded accuracy.
• Sign annual conflict-of-interest and confidentiality attestations
• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers.
• Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.
• Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
• Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
• Apply consistent “no-rep” protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
• Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
• Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance).
