Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute physical fitness exams for USPIS. You will set up test stations, administer push-ups, sit-ups and the 1.5-mile run to standard form and timing, and capture results in a secure field app while ensuring two-person validation with the Site Lead.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers.
• Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.
• Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
• Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
• Apply consistent "no-rep" protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
• Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
• Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance).
