Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods seeks a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to conduct USPIS physical fitness exams with professionalism and consistency. You will set up test stations, administer push-ups, sit-ups and a 1.5-mile run, record results in a secure field app, and work with a Site Lead for validation.

Sessions are three hours per event. Ideal candidates have experience officiating fitness assessments and hold a recognized fitness credential or coaching background, with strong attention to

• Ideal candidates have experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
• Hold a recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, clear communication and consistency under SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers.
• Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.
• Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
• Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
• Apply consistent 'no-rep' protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
• Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
• Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance).
