Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute physical fitness exams for USPIS. Responsibilities include setting up test stations, administering push-ups, sit-ups, and the 1.5-mile run, capturing results in a secure app, and validating with the Site Lead.

Ideal candidates have experience officiating fitness assessments, hold a recognized fitness credential, and demonstrate attention to detail and consistent performance under SOPs.

Qualifications

• Candidate has experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
• Must hold a recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication under SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification; verify distances and lap markers.
• Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record times.
• Enter data into secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with Site Lead.
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
• Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
• Apply no-rep protocols with clear verbal cues; avoid giving advantage.
• Record rest intervals to the session timeline for auditability.
• Complete a quarterly skills check for timing accuracy and counting concordance.
