Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Smithfield, NC is seeking PRN Family Nurse Practitioners to join a fast-paced urgent/primary care setting across multiple clinics. This role offers variety, flexible scheduling, and the chance to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• FNP board certification required.
• MSN or higher is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine.
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals.
• Suturing and splinting.
• General orthopedic evaluations and management.
• X-ray review (with Radiologist over-read).
• EKG interpretation.
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care.
• Treating patients of all ages.
• Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting.
