Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner in Swansboro, NC to support urgent and primary care across multiple clinics. You’ll manage a high-volume environment with a variety of clinical duties, including telemedicine, minor procedures, and urgent care services.

New grads are welcome. Expect flexible shifts and opportunities for collaboration with different teams, with competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and CME allowances.

Qualifications

• FNP board certification is required.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine.
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals.
• Suturing and splinting.
• General orthopedic evaluations and management.
• X-ray review with Radiologist over-read.
• EKG interpretation.
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care.
• Treating patients of all ages.
• Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting.
