Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner to work across multiple clinics in the Erwin, NC region. This role offers flexibility in shifts and provides opportunities to treat patients in urgent and primary care settings, with a focus on high-volume care and teamwork across locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MSN or higher required.
• FNP board certification required.
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine.
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals.
• Suturing and splinting.
• General orthopedic evaluations and management.
• X-ray review with radiologist over-read.
• EKG interpretation.
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care.
• Treating patients of all ages.
• Emergency management in a fast-paced setting.
