Job summary

Premise Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide care to client employees at our Health Center in Princeton, IN. The role is full-time with hours 6:00 PM–2:30 AM, Monday to Friday, offering a collaborative, established clinic environment and opportunities to build skills with a supportive team.

You will perform exams, procedures, care planning, and coordination with physicians and safety teams, while maintaining documentation and driving health outcomes for workers.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license and NP license.
• Prescriptive authority for the state.
• Federal DEA license in applicable states.
• ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
• BLS/ACLS for healthcare providers.
• COHN/COHN-S/CM occupational health certification preferred.
• 3+ years as a Nurse Practitioner in ambulatory/occupational health or ED.
• Experience with site visits and safety program collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance for clinical operations and complete required physicals (OSHA, DOT, CDC).
• Perform fitness for duty and return-to-work exams as requested.
• Perform injections, suturing, wound care and infection management.
• Provide care to injured workers and coordinate with TPA/client for case management.
• Implement and monitor transitional duty programs for injured workers.
• Develop patient care plans and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and adherence.
• Order/interpret diagnostic tests and collaborate with physicians on care.
