Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to provide occupational health care at our Health Center in Atlanta, GA. The role supports employee health through assessments, triage, injections, wound care, and return-to-work exams.

Two 10-hour shifts or three 8-hour shifts are preferred, with evening availability until 7p and third weekend rotation. This is a part-time position offering benefits via Premise Health Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license to practice.
• Must hold NP license to practice.
• Active State Prescriptive Authority where applicable.
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for clinical operations (OSHA, DOT, CDC).
• Perform fitness-for-duty and return-to-work exams as requested.
• Provide care for injured workers with evidence-based guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and health teams for comprehensive care.
• Develop patient care plans and document progress for continuity of care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
