Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 4 years experience in Housekeeping, Laundry and/or Floor Tech.
• 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required.
• Experience in a Person Directed Care community preferred.
• Ability to flex between Environmental Services roles.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork with fellow care partners.
• Ability to complete Environmental services duties as needed.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
