A.G. Rhodes Cobb in Marietta, GA is hiring a Full-time Maintenance Assistant to support our Plant Operations. Work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm with rotating weekend on call.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of Two years of Maintenance experience.
• One year of Maintenance experience in LTC/Skilled nursing preferred.
• Experience with day-to-day maintenance and plant upkeep.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal/State/JCAHO surveys preferred.
• Ability to assist in supporting Safety and Emergency Preparedness for community.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal/written).
• Ability to foster team work with coworkers.

The Full-time Maintenance Assistant will assist our Maintenance Director to support our Plant Operations and will work Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm with a rotating weekend on call.

Full-time Maintenance Assistant Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of Two years of Maintenance experience required
• One year of Maintenance experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community preferred
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and physical plant upkeep
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal/State/JCAHO surveys preferred
• Ability to assist in supporting Safety and Emergency Preparedness for community
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal/written)
• Ability to foster team work with coworkers
