DigestiveCare, LLC is seeking a full-time Endoscopy Tech to join our surgical center team. You will render professional care to patients undergoing GI and PAIN management procedures, prepare equipment, and assist physicians throughout GI cases.

The role emphasizes teamwork, maintaining GI areas, and adherence to OR policies. Only weekdays; no holidays or weekends or on-call, with some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Medical assistant certification.
• Certification in Operating Room Technology a plus.
• Current BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Render professional care to patients undergoing GI and PAIN management procedures.
• Prepare equipment and anticipate physician and patient needs for GI procedures.
• Oversee GI procedures and maintain all aspects of the GI procedure area.
• Assess patients prior to procedure and document intra-procedure notes.
• Assist physician on GI procedures and maintain equipment in GI area.
• Clean and maintain equipment according to policy.
• Assist in Preop and Recovery with turnover and patient comfort.
