Job summary

Tranquil Clinical Research and Consulting Services is seeking an EMT-P for an office-based PRN overnight, weekend, and holiday role. You will coordinate and perform study visits under the PI, ensure patient safety, and manage data and regulatory tasks.

The position requires RN/LPN background, trial experience, and strong organizational skills. The role emphasizes independent work, teamwork, and proactive problem solving, with emphasis on meeting deadlines and maintaining high ethical standards

Qualifications

• RN/LPN with related clinical experience.
• Experience working on clinical trials for a minimum of 1 year.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in proper office etiquette and conflict resolution.
• Excellent bedside manner and patient-centric focus.
• Excellent time management and social skills.
• Highly motivated with a phenomenal eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform study visits under PI supervision.
• Prepare for study initiation and assess feasibility and resources.
• Review inclusion/exclusion criteria with PI and ensure consent accuracy.
• Develop and review protocol follow-up worksheets for accuracy.
• Recruit subjects and communicate with primary care physicians.
• Screen and enroll subjects, verify eligibility and consent.
• Manage study activities, subject compliance, and documentation.
• Record data and ensure timely submission to data center.
• Monitor adverse events and regulatory documentation.
• Attend audits and inspections, providing required documents.
• Train and supervise support staff involved in the study.
