Job summary

ERG is hiring a LPN/Paramedic for the night shift at our Rogers, AR site to support clinical trial activities. Responsibilities include dispensing investigational and routine meds, collecting samples, venipuncture, ECGs, and specimen handling under doctor orders and GCP guidelines.

The role requires nursing or paramedic education, an active license, CPR; ACLS for EMT and RN preferred. Strong teamwork, documentation, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate / completion of approved accredited school of nursing or paramedic program.
• Valid License as a RN, LPN, Paramedic or EMT in the state of practice; maintain current license.
• CPR Certification required; ACLS required for EMT and preferred for RN.
• Phlebotomy certification (national) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and collect investigational products, routine medications, and PRN medications while subjects are housed on the site observation unit as dictated by written orders.
• Perform research protocol procedures including vital signs, blood collection and processing, ECGs, and point of care tests.
• Perform basic lab procedures including preparation of specimen tubes, labels, centrifuge operation, storage and shipping of lab specimens, and documentation.
• Ensure proper disposal of biological specimens.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Adhere to ERG site SOPs and regulatory requirements; adapt to evolving needs.
