Job summary

Tranquil Clinical Research and Consulting Services is seeking a Part Time Research Assistant to support clinical staff and patients in a clinic-based setting. The RA will assist in protocol development, screening and enrollment, data management, and regulatory compliance with CRCs and CRNs, while maintaining strong customer service and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant clinical environment experience.
• Available for overnight, weekend, and some holidays.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and medical terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent time management and social skills; detail-oriented.
• Preferred: BLS and other clinical certifications.
• Experience in life sciences/biomedical research 1–2 years.
• AA/AS or BA/BS in life sciences or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop management systems and prepare for study initiation.
• Screen and enroll study subjects.
• Manage study-related activities and documentation.
• Record data and ensure data quality.
• Monitor adverse events and regulatory compliance.
• Train and supervise ancillary staff.
