Astera Health is seeking an Emergency Medical Tech for PRN shifts in Waadena, MN. The role requires delivering BLS-level care on scene and during transport, with attention to patient privacy and safety procedures.

You will respond to incidents, perform primary and secondary assessments, and document findings in the EMS run report. Eligible candidates hold MN EMT certification, EMSRB registration, a valid MN driver’s license, and current BLS CPR certification.

Formación

• Minnesota State EMT certification and EMSRB registration are required.
• Maintain active Minnesota Driver's License.
• Maintain current BLS certification and CPR training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Basic Life Support patient care on scene and during transport.
• Assess patients using initial and secondary surveys, monitor vitals and airway/breathing.
• Document run reports and maintain patient confidentiality per policy.
• Assist with cardiac life support procedures as directed and ensure safety of scene and equipment.
