MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) and Tidelands Health seek a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their Advanced Practice Providers team on a PRN basis. The role serves Georgetown and Horry Counties within the MUSC Health network, delivering diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care to patients in the community.

Qualified candidates include PAs or APRNs with FNP credentials, SC licensure eligibility, and ER experience or an ER fellowship.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant or APRN with FNP credential.
• Eligible for South Carolina licensure.
• 2 years of ER experience as an APP or Emergency Room Fellowship graduate; APRN requires 4 years as an Acute Care NPR in an Adult ED.

Responsibilities

• Take comprehensive history and perform physical examinations.
• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care.
• Initiate referrals and consult with supervising physician.
• Document and bill for direct care.
• Maintain licenses, certifications, and participate in quality initiatives.
