Responsibilities

• Provide safe and appropriate emergency medical care within the EMT scope.
• Assess patients and identify immediate and ongoing medical needs.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information.
• Provide basic life support and emergency interventions as required.
• Assist Paramedics and other healthcare professionals with patient care.
• Safely move, lift, and transport patients using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Monitor patients during transport and report changes in condition promptly.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient care documentation.

Position Summary

Lynx is seeking four motivated and compassionate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our team in Newburg, Indiana, on a PRN basis.

The EMT is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and professional patient care while responding to emergency and non-emergency medical needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

PRN EMTs will support daily operations and provide coverage based on staffing and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and appropriate emergency medical care within the scope of EMT practice.
• Assess patients and identify immediate and ongoing medical needs.
