Job summary

Lynx EMS seeks an EMT to provide both emergency and non-emergency medical transport across the region, including hospital discharges and interfacility transfers. You will join a team dedicated to safe, timely patient care, carrying out assessments, documentation, and coordination with hospitals and dispatch.

The role requires current EMT certification, a valid driver's license, strong clinical judgement, and reliability for scheduled day shifts.

Qualifications

• Current State EMT Certification (or reciprocity eligible)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Strong clinical judgement and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally
• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with state and company protocols
• Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance and equipment
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurate documentation
• Ensure the ambulance unit is clean, stocked, and deployment-ready at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and team members
• Uphold safety standards and compliance regulations
