Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights seeks a PRN RN for the Emergency Department. You will provide direct nursing care across day, evening, night and weekend shifts, supporting 24/7 ED operations with a focus on compassionate patient care and timely interventions. Minimum qualifications include RN certification, active State RN licensure, and BLS.

ACLS/PALS required upon hire or within one year. BSN preferred; military RN experience considered.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Pass prescreen competency assessments.
• External applicants must have two years recent related nursing experience.
• Internal applicants with less than two years' experience may be considered with review.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
