Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services seeks a Driving Rehab Professional to join the Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves evaluations, developing driving rehab plans, and providing adaptive training to promote safety and independence.

Qualified candidates are licensed OT/PT/SLP with CDRS/DRP certification, experienced in clinical and behind-the-wheel assessments, and capable of creating individualized plans. CPR certification and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT, PT, or SLP with CDRS or DRP certification.
• Experience in clinical and behind-the-wheel evaluations.
• Ability to develop individualized driving rehab plans.
• Current CPR certification and state license.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and outcomes.
