Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Healthcare or nursing home food service experience preferred.
• Culinary experience in a health care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods for regular and modified diets per facility standards.
• Cook high-quality meals for residents, guests and staff.
• Adjust recipes for batch servings as needed.
• Direct kitchen staff in meal preparation and serving.
