TrustPoint Beahvioral Health Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a PRN Dietary Aide to assist with routine food preparation and delivery of cold or hot foods within the facility.

Responsibilities include sanitation, proper food handling, and adherence to menus and dietary restrictions while ensuring safety and quality. HS diploma and ServSafe or equivalent certification are preferred, with career growth opportunities in a 217-bed facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe Certification or similar food safety certification required where applicable.
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and food handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks related to cleanup and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas.
• Properly prepare, serve and store food in accordance with facility policies.
• Ensure compliance with state or federal regulations.
• Prepare foods according to standardized recipes and approved menu.
• Utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures to provide a safe environment.
• Report dietary non-compliance or concerns to dietician or supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
