Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will work hands-on with the team, delivering direct hemodialysis, educating patients, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities include supervising dialysis technicians, coordinating with physicians, documenting care plans, and maintaining EMR accuracy while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State license or Compact RN license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three months of Dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, assess patients, administer medications, and educate on renal health and self-care.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, supervise performance, ensure clinical standards.
• Monitor patient response, adjust treatment plans, document interventions.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team, report critical lab results.
• Maintain accurate EMR, ensure timely care plans, follow safety and regulatory protocols.
