AdventHealth is seeking a Radiology CT technologist to perform high-quality CT exams per orders, while maintaining strict radiation safety and ALARA practices. You will review patient history, administer IV contrast, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses.

The role requires licensure, 3+ years radiology experience, and the ability to educate patients, document in EMR/PACS, and uphold department protocols for timely imaging services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree is preferred.
• Maintain active radiology registries and licenses.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-quality CT exams per orders and protocols.
• Review patient history to confirm exam appropriateness.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain radiation safety and ALARA principles.
• Collaborate with radiologists and providers for patient care.
• Ensure rooms are clean, stocked, and ready; QC checks performed.
• Document in EMR/PACS and educate patients about exams.
