Saint Alphonsus Ontario is seeking a PRN CT Tech to perform computed tomography procedures on patients of all ages, following established protocols and safety guidelines. The role requires ARRT CT registration and licensure in Oregon, with consideration for travel between SAHS sites.

As part of a team, you will evaluate exam requests, obtain patient history, and communicate clearly with patients and radiologists, while maintaining equipment knowledge and prioritizing patient safety.

Qualificações

• ARRT CT registration required for CT procedures.
• Oregon Medical Imaging License for CT must be obtained prior to hire if Oregon is primary work state.
• BLS certification for Healthcare providers required at hire unless ACLS/PALS already held.

Responsabilidades

• Perform CT procedures on patients of all ages according to approved protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of CT equipment and supplies for high-quality exams.
• Evaluate appropriateness of requested exams to assist radiologists.
• Schedule and obtain patient history.
• Provide effective communication with patients and radiology staff.
• Possible travel between SAHS sites.
