Job summary

Wellstar Health System seeks a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform CT and radiographic exams, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety. You will position patients, operate imaging equipment, verify identities, and follow procedures for contrast administration with sound clinical judgment.

The role requires an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certifications, and at least 1 year of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• ARRT radiography and CT certifications required at hire.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and radiographic exams with patient safety and precision.
• Position patients and operate imaging equipment per protocol.
• Ensure patient identification, consent, and privacy are maintained.
• Assist with pre/post procedural care and contrast administration as needed.
• Maintain equipment, document procedures, and communicate findings to radiologists.
