Job summary

HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital is seeking a PRN CT Technologist to perform CT imaging under radiologist direction. You will operate CT equipment, verify image quality, and prepare the exam room with necessary supplies while assisting in the imaging department’s daily workflow.

Responsibilities include clerical support, patient transport, and potential supervision of students as directed by the area supervisor.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required at hire (or ARRT eligible).
• SCRQSA certification required on hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers on hire or within 30 days.
• CT registry preferred within 6 months of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT diagnostic procedures as directed by radiologist.
• Operate CT equipment, verify images, and prepare room with supplies.
• Assist in imaging department workflow including scheduling and clerical tasks.
• Support students when supervised by area supervisor and ensure proper training.
• Maintain patient safety and accuracy of diagnostic information.
