Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT required upon hire.
• SCRQSA required upon hire.
• BLS – Healthcare provider on hire or within 30 days of hire from AHA or ARC.
• CT registry preferred, but not required, within 6 months of orientation, at which point SCRQSA/ARRT will be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT diagnostic procedures as outlined by the radiologist.
• Operate diagnostic equipment and verify images.
• Prepare room with necessary equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Assist in the medical imaging department to ensure high-quality CT scans.
• May supervise students under area supervisor discretion.
• Direct supervision requires availability of the primary caregiver for students during shifts.
