Responsibilities

• Identifies each patient and reviews requisition for the exam.
• Records pertinent data on radiology requisition at all times.
• Screens patients needing contrast with the Radiology Contrast Questionnaire.
• Reviews patient history to assist radiologist with proper protocoling.
• Daily QC requirements and documentation.
• Assists with CT accreditation process as needed.
• Ensures patient safety through proper restraints and supportive devices.
• Assesses patient condition and documents accurately for care continuity.
